Tony Vann is a proven public relations and communications professional with three decades of experience in media relations, state and federal government relations, marketing communications and non-profit administration. He has represented organizations and individuals in the health care, hospitality, travel and tourism, real estate and retail.

Lauren Daughety is a skilled communications strategist with more than 15 years of professional experience creating campaigns, creative and messaging for a variety of businesses and organizations. As principal of The Guild, she is chief strategist and directs all client accounts. Prior to founding The Guild, she was the executive vice president at Vann & Associates | PR + Marketing, where she led a staff of eight which serviced all aspects of communication efforts. 

Liz has partnered with small businesses for more than a decade. At the age of 23, Liz was determined to create and execute a better approach to attracting and retaining customers. She has quickly built a reputation for itself based on our understanding of and ability to capitalize on digital media. Liz helps clients generate leads and increase their revenue.

Kristin is a founding partner and co-principal of Dirt Road Group as well as principal of her own public relations practice, Helvey Communications LLC, a full-service public relations firm in Anchorage, Alaska. Kristin has worked for over a decade helping leaders and staff at all levels drive communication improvement.

Tom is of Senior Counsel to Dirt Road Group as well as President and CEO of The Garrity Group. He brings more than three decades of knowledge in media relations, communications strategy and crisis communications. Tom’s steadfast but resourceful approach has guided some of New Mexico’s most recognized business leaders and organizations during times of tragedy and triumph.

Paul has led an outstanding career in strategic communications and public affairs leading an Albany-based agency since 2011.  He also presently is an adjunct professor at Albany Law School specializing in government affairs, advocacy and crisis mitigation.

Prior to his work in the private sector, he served for more than two decades in state government.  During that time he worked on the senior staff of three Governors, an Attorney General and the state Assembly leadership as a communications strategist and spokesman. His appointments included positions as First Deputy Commissioner for the Office of General Services and Deputy Press Secretary to the Governor.
